To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags intact. Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale are considered final and cannot be returned.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are only offered in cases where an item is defective or an incorrect product has been delivered.
